Would you like to save money, stay warmer, and use less fuel? If you live in Madison County, own or rent a home, and meet income guidelines, you could be eligible to have work done on your home at no cost to you. Attic and wall insulation, water heater blankets, pipe insulation, and ductwork are among the services offered to make homes more energy efficient. Referrals are made to other agencies when appropriate.
